“Suna hai dhund liya hai, usne naya sathi koi,

tabhi is dil tak uski koi sada pahuchti nahi.”


“Zamane me dekhe hai dhokhe is kadar,

ki ab lagta hai apni parchhai se puchhe,

ki uska yakein kare ya nahi.”


“Jee lene de isi jhooth me ae-dil

kya pata kal ye jhooth hi,

zindagi jeene ka zariya ban jaye.”


“Is tarah pher li hai aankhen usne,

jaise kabhi is dil se koi wasta na tha.”


“Tumne bana rakhi thi deewrein hamare darmiyan,

Aur kehte rahe humne faasle mitaye hi nahi.”


“Sab kuchh chhuta humse is zindagi me baar baar,

bas ye ek dard ka daaman na chhoot paya humse.”
